Delivery Time: |

Most orders will be ready 5 working days after receiving your payment, upload files, logo graphic and confirmation of all customization choices. Please note: Many factors can delay delivery time: large order quantity, special product models/special production, late submission of logo graphics and preload files, late logo confirmation, data service options and related file content, customization options (printing, packing, accessories) etc. The less complicated your order, the earlier it can be produced and delivered. |

For our standard models with standard colors, minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces. For necessary MOQ of special models, special colors and certain customization choices, please check with our sales department about the required MOQ, as MOQ details are subject to change and are therefore not available on our website. |

Generally speaking, modifications are still possible before starting with customization. Depending on production stage, we will try to apply last-minute changes, although we cannot guarantee that modifications will always be possible. Please advise any changes as early as possible: changing consignee or delivery address and increasing order quantity should be no problem, whereas logo re-arrangement or preload reconfiguring etc. depends on the particular situation and needs to be reconfirmed with sales and R & D department. |

Cancel Order/Replacement/Warranty: |

Once customization procedures have begun, no further modifications, additions or cancellations are possible. Therefore, please check all submitted documents, graphics and files thoroughly before your final approval and placing your order. No returns or refunds can be granted on customized products made-to-order.
Return goods: depends on individual situation and needs to be checked and confirmed with sales department before sending items back. Standard warranty is 1 year.
